Francis (Frank) W. Carpenter, lll passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Born on April 29, 1945, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, he was the son of the late Francis W. Carpenter Jr. and Anna Stelle Carpenter.
Frank served proudly in the United States Army.
Frank was an engineer working in the Hydraulic Systems Industry.
He was an avid golfer and car enthusiast, loved to fly radio-controlled airplanes
