Angela Marie McGinnis, 53, of Lincolnton, NC, passed away on March 13, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother who cared deeply for her family and those around her.
Angela is survived by her mother, Patsy Scott; her children, Kimber Drum (Reid Drum) and Tyler Milburn (Kayla Reep); and her beloved grandchild, Dalton J. Coleman. She is also survived by her sister, Deborah Mason (Shane Mason); her brother, Robert McGinnis (Melissa McGinnis); her stepbrother, James Scott (Lisa Scott); all of her cherished nieces and nephews and her beloved cat, Maggie Mae
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McGinnis Sr.; her stepfather, Donnie Scott; and her stepbrother, Daryl Scott.
A small, intimate gathering to celebrate Angela’s life will be held at the family home. Flowers and other memorial tributes may be sent to 6162 Sherwood Lane, Denver, NC.
Angela’s strength and love will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
