Angelo Nicholas Grandelli, a proud veteran of the United States Army, passed away on August 7, 2021.
The son of Angelo and Florence Grandelli, Angelo grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Angelo was born November 3, 1948. At the age of 26 Angelo enlisted in the U.S. Army. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 33 years of service.
He is survived by his children Keri Grandelli, Brian Grandelli, Jason Grandelli and wife Deedra, Casey Grandelli and wife Nicole, sister Florence Grandelli, brother Richard Grandelli and wife Annette, and his grandchildren Reese Grandelli, Charles Grandelli, Angelo Grandelli, Brian Grandelli, and Cambria Grandelli.
Service to be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Denver, NC on August 23, 2021.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, Angelo would appreciate memorial gifts made to Wounded Warrior Project or Disabled American Veterans.
