David Reynolds Henderson passed away on June 1, 2024 at Sherrills Ford Hospice House, Sherrills Ford, NC at the age of 93.
David was born on February 13, 1931 in Dover, NH the son of Harold and Katherine Henderson, Barrington, NH.
David and Glenda, his loving wife of 71 years currently reside in Denver, NC for the past 16 years.
David owned and operated two successful Engraving Businesses in Los Angeles, CA and Barrington, NH for over 50 years.
David will be remembered for his generosity, his family enjoyed his dry sense of humor, a Veteran of the US Navy 1949-1953 (Pearl Harbor), a volunteer Lieutenant of the Barrington, NH Fire department for approximately 40 plus years, a member of the Glendale, CA Masons Masonic Lodge, he was an avid golfer and enjoyed being on the golf course, he also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Glenda
David had two sisters, Janet and Helen.
David and Glenda have two children,
(Son) Steven R. Henderson and (Daughter in law) Diane L. Henderson of Mooresville, NC.
(Daughter) Kimberly K. Henderson of Denver, NC.
(Grandson) Nicholas S. Henderson of Mooresville, NC.
Two (Great Grandchildren) Zoe Grace Henderson and Lennon David Henderson of Mooresville, NC.
David will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
