Kimberlyn Eve Roberts Munson, born on August 11, 1961, in Wayne County, Michigan, peacefully entered into the presence of her Lord on October 17, 2024, surrounded by her closest loved ones. She was the cherished daughter of the late Richard and Carlene Arquette.
Kimberlyn was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who treasured time with her family and friends. She found great joy in reading her Bible and was an active member of her Lakeside Church community. Some of her happiest moments were spent during “lunch with the ladies” and anytime she could have her grandchildren close by.
She was preceded in death by her first-born daughter, Tiffany; her brother, William; and her niece, Jennifer.
Kimberlyn is survived by her loving husband, Carl Munson; their daughters, Shannon (Roger) Fenwick, Tonya (Dan) McCann, and Amanda (Garron) Lawing; her adored grandchildren, Carlie, Noah, Logan, Annabelle, Abby, and Philip.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” – 2 Timothy 4:7

No words could ever convey such a great loss. I am forever thankful for the 37 years I was blessed to have with you, Mom. I miss you so much already. I know the days ahead will be difficult, but I also know that the steps of the righteous are ordered by God. Through this unimaginable loss, I will continue to trust God and his plan. I will see you again one day, Mom. I will keep your legacy alive here, while you are dancing in heaven with Jesus. I love you always Mom.
This is absolutely beautiful and absolutely true. She’s an amazing woman and the most amazing sister a girl could ask for. Luv u my beautiful sister ❤️
Kim was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is finally home with Jesus. Till we meet again my friend. Love you🙏🏻❤️
You have blessed my life in so many ways! Your strong faith, kindness, and love of others inspire us all. I looked forward to our ladies lunches, and how we would fellowship and lift each other up in prayer. I’m a better person for having known you. I will miss you so much, but it comforts me to know you are in the arms of Jesus. Farewell, my sweet friend, until we see each other again. I love you ❤️
We’ll remember Kim for her sweet and gentle spirit. Her love for the Lord and her family was very evident when you talked with her. Daryl and I will miss her and will cherish the time that we shared with Kim. Our love and prayers to Carl, the girls and their husbands, and all the grandchildren.
My heart is broken as Kim has been a very close and good friend for many, many years. She has always been there for me when I needed a prayer warrior. Her prayers would literally give me the chills and bring tears to my eyes. I will miss you dearly but know you are with sweet Jesus who you adore and love very much. Until we meet again, good-bye my beautiful friend. I love you. ❤️
I just don’t have the words to express the amount of love I have for my mama or the amount of grief I feel now that she is no longer with us in this world. The peace that I do have comes from the Lord and knowing that she received her healing and surrounded by the glory of God.
I love you, mama. You are my best friend.
